A STORY THAT HAS LASTED FOR MORE THAN 30 YEARS
Janus Caffè was born in Fabriano 30 years ago and in 1996 it was acquired by our father Alberto Bongarzoni, the years of great passion and dedication to work have allowed him to build an excellent reputation in the Marche region, and for this we are really grateful !
We 3 children are the current partners and we manage this splendid reality with the main objective of protecting the result in the cup .
In fact, this concept is crucial for all business decisions, being producers allows us to exercise constant and direct control over all production phases : the selection of the different qualities of raw products (Arabica and Robusta coffee) , the blending method, the roasting process up to the packaging of each product.
For this reason the conservation method plays a fundamental role and it is necessary to study the right packaging so that the aromas are not altered over time.
THE SECRET OF THE TURREFACTOR
Whether coffee is drunk for an exciting morning awakening, as a diversion for a chat with friends or as the conclusion of a meal what matters to us is to add value to that moment , enriching it of a pleasant taste!
The famous "secret of the roaster" lies in the recipes of the blends, creating one in fact requires a great deal of study and having inherited it we reserve it with extreme care.
However, in addition to our original blends, we like to introduce other flavors, discovering different countries of origin of the raw products.
Exploring the world with the gift of our senses is something precious and we like to offer different flavors precisely to meet the different tastes of customers .

The coffee is processed as it once was, in our old roasting plant in Montecassiano (MC), Italy.
